Conference Fee

 

The above fees (125 or 165 EUR) include organization, publishing costs, rental of conference rooms and facilities, refreshments (lunches and coffee breaks) and cultural event (gala dinner). It does not include following: accommodation and the excursion. The fee will not be refunded in case of canceling your participation at the conference. 

The Organizing Committee will issue official invitation letters upon request.

It is recommended to make a payment by electronic transfer to the bank account by June 30, 2015.

For identification of payment please use your name. In case of collective payments it is necessary to send to the Organizing Committee the list of names of participants for whom the payment was done.

Official invitation letters for issue of visas would be sent to participants by the Organizing Committee upon request.
